Covid-19
In these Corona-times we need to implement a few measures. Of course, no lessons can be given during lockdowns. Depending on the governments’ measures, the following can apply:
Measures in the studio:
The turntables are 1,5 meters apart with sufficient room to walk between them. They are divided over two rooms, five in the workplace and three in the shop. During instructions or help you can step of your turntable and watch from an appropriate distance. During your arrival you will wear a facemask and wash your hands. You can take your facemask off when you are seated. If possible, refrain from using the bathroom. Unfortunately, the coat hangers cannot be used and I cannot serve tea either. All windows are open for circulation, so wear warm clothes!
Stay at home when you have symptoms of a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, a soar throat, coughing or a fever of 38 degrees Celsius, or if a member of your household has corona-related symptoms.
Take with you:
- A facemask – can be taken of when seated.
- A big grocery bag to put your coat and bags in – to put them next to your turntable without getting dirty.
- A towel to dry your hands.
- Gloves for glazing (Nitril disposable gloves or the green kitchen gloves, not the yellow latex ones).
- Your own drinks if you want – unfortunately I cannot serve tea.
- Warm clothes – all windows are open.
- (Apart from this is always smart to wear sneakers and to have short nails. Some people bring an apron).
